智通财经APP讯，协合新能源(00182)发布公告，于2025年1月27日交易时段后，公司多间附属公司(即新源聚能、协合风电、泰鸣公司及聚霆公司)与沙电订立出售协议，以按总代价约人民币6.36亿元向沙电出售泰鸣公司的100%股权。
聚霆公司主要从事经营位于中国黑龙江省哈尔滨市通河县的300兆瓦风电厂项目，由泰鸣公司拥有60%及由非公司的关连人士拥有40%。泰鸣公司除持有聚霆公司的60%股权外，并无进行任何其他业务。
公告称，集团已采纳“建成-出售”策略，即集团兴建电厂及于电厂竣工或营运后出售其在电厂的权益。董事认为，“建成-出售”策略有助于集团充分利用其风电及太阳能电厂发电开发以及电厂建设的优势，以实现更吸引的投资回报，提升集团的现金流回报，减少债务比例，以支持集团稳健快速发展。
