智通财经APP讯，中国国航(00753)发布公告，近日，公司完成新一届董事会董事候选人的提名工作。董事会于2025年1月27日决议提名马崇贤先生及王明远先生为第七届董事会执行董事候选人，提名崔晓峰先生及Patrick Healy(贺以礼)先生为第七届董事会非执行董事候选人，提名徐念沙先生、禾云先生、谭允芝女士及高春雷先生为第七届董事会独立非执行董事候选人。
