中移动(00941.HK) 此前向香港宽频(01310.HK) 提出全购，《星岛日报》引述消息人士称，中移动已于去年12月底至1月初，向通讯事务管理局办公室提交反垄断的相关文件，并顺利推进。
中移动上月提出以每股现金5.23元收购香港宽频，消息人士认为作出合理，全面反映香港宽频的基本面、估值以及完成收购后的潜在协同效应，当中更存在溢价。另外，有传环球全域电讯(HGC)大股东I Squared Capital亦已经开始对香港宽频进行尽职调查，每股作价可能达5至6元，但相信要取得反垄断批核将具有挑战性。(mn/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-24 16:25。)
