智通财经APP讯，万咖壹联(01762)发布公告，于2025年1月26日，公司的合并联属实体欢聚时代及合营公司(海南鲲创科技有限责任公司，于本公告日期为欢聚时代的直接全资附属公司)就向合营公司注资，与合营伙伴陵水数字文化产业云科技发展有限公司订立注资协议。根据注资协议，合营伙伴同意以现金注资人民币4900万元认购合营公司49%股权。
公告称，由于集团于移动互联网分发服务的丰富经验，以及移动广告规模进一步扩大为集团等大型移动广告集团带来更多发展机会的趋势，与陵水黎族自治县发展控股集团有限公司项下实体成立合营公司将充分发挥双方业务协同及资源整合拓展作用，加快集团服务产品及使用者扩展的发展，进一步实施围绕生态系统参与者的完整生命周期需求构建一体化生态系统的战略，并增强集团为市场参与者提供新的互联网及技术解决方案的能力。
