地政总署昨日(27日)公布,沙田大围美田路沙田市地段第651号的用地,以6.06亿元批予萃恒有限公司,其母公司是新地(00016.HK) ,批租期为五十年。价格符合市场预期,每呎楼面地价约3,128元,
新地副董事总经理雷霆表示,很高兴集团今次成功投得大围地皮,认为地皮附近环境清幽,交通方便,邻近港铁站,且民生配套充足,加上此区供应一向不多,将计划兴建中小型住宅单位,预算总投资约23亿元。
用地的地盘面积约为3,600平方米,指定作私人住宅用途。最低的楼面面积为1.08万平方米,而最高的楼面面积可达1.8万平方米。市场估值介乎约5.6亿至6.4亿元,相当于每呎楼面地价约2,900元至3,300元。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-27 16:25。)
