智通财经APP获悉，高盛发布研报称，近日，中远海能(01138)宣布拟配售A股，募集资金不超80亿元(人民币,下同)。高盛假设，若配售A股发行价为每股9.9元，取自过去20个交易日均价的80%，估计对集团每股盈利和每股派息的稀释为14%，而基本每股投资组合价值将增加3%。如最低发行价为7.2元即集团最新经审计账面值，则估计稀释为19%，而基本每股投资组合价值将减少3%。
同时，中远海能母公司中国远洋海运集团有限公司已承诺认购新发行股份总数的50%，潜在的募集资金计划用于购买6艘VLCC、2艘LNG船及3艘Aframax，共需110亿元的资本支出，并已于2024年签订合约。
此外，中远海能公布其2025-2027年度股利计划，即维持现行股息政策，派息比率不低于30%。
