星展香港公布，去年底与港铁(00066.HK) 公司签署一笔为期5年，总额达10亿元的可持续发展表现挂钩循环贷款。此融资方案进一步巩固港铁公司实现减碳目标和可持续发展的承诺。
公司指，这是香港首次有获“科学基础目标倡议组织”(Science Based Targets initiative，SBTi)认可减碳目标的公共交通经营者，签署可持续发展表现挂钩贷款。星展香港作为首间协助港铁公司从评级机构获得正面的第二方意见之银行，旨在向投资者保证这笔可持续发展表现挂钩贷款的SBTi及可持续发展绩效目标均为恰当，而且符合市场的最佳典范。(vc/w)
