　　当地时间1月26日，美国总统特朗普就哥伦比亚拒绝接受非法移民遣返航班表示，将对哥伦比亚所有进入美国的商品征收25%的紧急关税，在一周内，25%的关税将提高到50%；对哥伦比亚政府官员以及所有盟友和支持者实施旅行禁令并立即撤销签证；对哥伦比亚政府所有党员、家属和支持者实施签证制裁；出于国家安全考虑，加强对所有哥伦比亚公民和货物的海关和边境保护检查；全面实施《国际紧急经济权力法》（IEEPA），实施财政、银行和金融制裁。
