《证券日报》记者从港股美中嘉和医学技术发展集团股份有限公司（以下简称“美中嘉和”）获悉，近日，公司与石药集团有限公司（以下简称“石药集团”）共同出资打造的石家庄爱迪森肿瘤医院，与国际顶尖医疗机构妙佑医疗国际（Mayo Clinic，又称“梅奥诊所”）举行战略合作签约仪式。此次合作内容全面覆盖肿瘤学科规划、质量安全保障以及人才培养等多个关键领域，标志着各方携手共启肿瘤领域国际化医疗服务新篇章。
