Mianyang Zhongshang Fule Wine filed a winding-up petition against King International Investment (HKG:0928) in Hong Kong's High Court for alleged nonpayment of 56.4 million yuan, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The petition will be heard with the court on Feb. 2.
