Gilat Satellite Networks (GILT) said Tuesday that its DataPath unit was awarded $4 million in contracts for portable satellite terminals from unnamed global defense customers.
The orders comprise CCT200, CCT120, and QCT90 portable terminals, with delivery planned over the next 12 months, the company said, adding that these portable terminals offer reliable, high-speed connectivity in tough environments.
Shares of Gilat Satellite Networks were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
