金吾财讯 | 周二的一份文件显示，贝恩资本私募股权投资公司（Bain Capital Private Equity）已提议以每股25.75美元的价格，收购其尚未持有的外科手术机构运营商外科合作伙伴公司Surgery Partners的剩余股份。
据悉，贝恩资本目前持有该公司39%的股份。
消息拉动Surgery Partners盘初股价大幅走高，截至发稿，报25美元，涨幅17.69%。
