恒隆卢韦柏料内房复苏需时最少两年 形容本港商场尚未供过于求

《明报》报道,恒隆地产(00101.HK) 执行董事兼首席执行官卢韦柏预期,内地房地产市场至少需要两年时间复苏,故集团先着手巩固“自救”,先后推出以股代息、减少分派。
卢韦柏提及,恒隆地产亦推动内地五间酒店投入运作,致力在经营所在城市的商场招徕更多跨城高消费群。他认为,随着高资本开支期于未来两年过去,相信集团有能力再于内地或本港物色新地皮及项目投资。

卢韦柏透露,恒隆地产目前未有计划于北部都会区发展新商场。并形容本港商场市道未至于供过于求,只是在强港元的背景下,访港旅客减少在港消费同时,港人亦热衷于北上消费,对本港商场构成压力。不过随着内地加租、消费服务及产品质素有下跌迹象,不排除情况很快或会出现逆转。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-27 16:25。)
