　　优必选（09880）发布公告，公司已收到中国证监会就实施H股全流通出具的日期为2025年1月24日的备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司已就合共4217.4万股公司内资股实施H股全流通向中国证监会完成备案。公司将向联交所申请批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
