金吾财讯 | 龙光集团(03380)公布，于1月10日与债权人小组订立整体债权人支持协议后，截至1月27日，持有公司境外债务本金总额62.07亿美元，其中超过66%的同意债权人已加入整体CSA。除上述同意债权人以外，持有公司“境外债务”本金总额其中的62.07亿美元债务本金（计算方式同上），超过12%的其他境外债权人已明确表示支持整体重组方案，会尽快加入整体CSA。中国农历新年假期临近，应其要求与建议，公司将提早整体债权人支持协议费用截止日期延长至2月12日。此外，该集团已准备向香港高等法院申请批准召开安排计划债权人会议，加快推进境外债务整体重组方案实施。
