和铂医药(02142.HK) 公布，执行董事、首席执行官兼董事会董事长王劲松昨日(27日)于公开市场购买合共40万股公司普通股，每股股份平均价格为约3.5元，占已发行股份总数之约0.052%，涉资约140万元。紧随购买后，王劲松于合共7,029.74万股股份中拥有权益，占已发行股本总额之9.212%。
