新世界(00017.HK) 旗下北角“皇都”昨日(27日)连录3伙大额成交，单日标售总值过亿。当中，35楼B2单位，四房一套连储物室间隔，实用面积1,246平方呎，连同两个车位，售价4,610.2万元，呎价3.7万元，再创项目新高。项目约两周成功标售13伙维港大宅，合共套现逾5亿元，平均售价近4,000万，平均售价逾3.42万元。
