智通财经APP获悉，晶泰控股-P(02228)早盘涨超12%，截至发稿，涨9.7%，报5.43港元，成交额1.25亿港元。
消息面上，1月9日，晶泰科技宣布，其下属部门Ailux Biologics与总部位于比利时的跨国生物制药公司优时比(UCB)签署大分子药物发现AI平台授权协议。根据协议，晶泰科技商业授权UCB使用Ailux Biologics自主开发的 XtalFold™ AI平台进行大分子药物的发现和工程化设计。公开资料显示，晶泰科技已成功辅助至少10款药物上市。
值得注意的是，1月19日，晶泰科技发布公告称，1月18日公司合计配售2.64亿股，成功筹集所得款总额约11.3亿港元。据悉，晶泰科技此次配股融资金额已超过其IPO所得募资，该公司于2024年6月13日在香港主板IPO上市，当时募资9.89亿港元，加计部分行使超额配股权额外所得，合计募资约10.36亿港元。
