Singapore's Commercial Affairs Department had another interview with Cordlife's (SGX:P8A) chief financial officer, Thet Hnin Yi, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
In a filing from March 2024, the company revealed that its directors were questioned by the local authority for investigations into an offense under the Securities and Futures Act of Singapore.
