智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)发布公告，于2025年1月20日(星期一)下午四时正(即配售代理配售未获认购供股股份的最后时限)，全部1.06亿股未获认购供股股份已根据配售事项按每股未获认购供股股份0.326港元的价格成功配售予不少于六名独立承配人，该价格相当于认购价。因此，补偿安排项下概无净收益可供分派予不行动股东。
由于供股章程载列的所有供股条件经已达成，故供股于2025年1月22日(星期三)下午四时正成为无条件。
因此，供股筹集的所得款项总额(包括配售事项)约为9368万港元，而供股的所得款项净额(扣除开支后)约为9010万港元。诚如供股章程所披露，本公司拟将供股所得款项净额：约6800万港元(占所得款项净额约75%)用于偿还负债;约1500万港元(占所得款项净额约17%)用于投资生物质燃气项目;及约710万港元(占所得款项净额约8%)用作本集团一般营运资金(包括但不限于支付薪金、租赁开支、专业费用及╱或其他公司开支)。
