SAP's Profit Guidance Is Above Consensus -- Market Talk

0650 GMT - SAP's upgraded profitability guidance for the year is above consensus, JPMorgan analysts write in a note to clients. The German business-software group now expects non-IFRS operating profit between 10.3 billion and 10.6 billion euros this year, above a previous forecast of roughly 10.2 billion euros. The guidance at the midpoint is about 5% above consensus, the analysts say. SAP is also expecting cloud revenue of between 21.6 billion and 21.9 billion euros, above previous guidance of more than 21.5 billion euros. The group continues to expect free cash flow of roughly 8 billion euros. (mauro.orru@wsj.com)
