Odaily星球日报讯 比特币矿企 HIVE Digital 宣布完成一项价值 5600 万美元的交易，以收购加拿大矿企 Bitfarms 在巴拉圭伊瓜苏已部分完工的 200 兆瓦（MW）比特币矿场。 HIVE 与 Bitfarms 签署了一份具有约束力的意向书，并预计通过此次收购将其比特币挖矿算力在 9 月份扩大到 25 EH/s，利用巴拉圭低成本的可再生水力发电。 5600 万美元的收购包括预计在第一季度完成时支付的 2500 万美元预付款，剩余的 3100 万美元将在接下来的半年内分六次等额分期付款。 被收购矿场将分两个阶段开发，第一阶段计划于 2025 年 4 月 1 日完工，目前已完成 80%。这一初始阶段包括 HIVE 承担完成通电所需的剩余款项，预计将增加约 6 EH/s 的比特币挖矿能力，并将在第二季度投入运营。第二阶段计划于 2025 年 8 月 31 日完成，将集成水冷式 Bitmain S21+ ASIC，以提供额外的 6.5 EH/s。HIVE 估计完成成本为每兆瓦 40 万美元，资金来自现有现金和比特币储备。
