Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) said drilling results from ongoing exploration at the Dante Reefs copper-platinum group elements-gold-nickel project in Western Australia confirmed shallow high-grade mineralization, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
This includes high-grade titanium, complemented with high concentrations of copper, platinum group metals, and vanadium in the same mineralized layer over 2.5 kilometers of strike, the filing said.
The firm is awaiting assays from a further 45 drill holes, in order to expand the discovery further and define additional high-grade zones.
The result indicates the potential of a large-scale, high-grade polymetallic development opportunity, the firm said.
Its shares soared 18% at market close on Tuesday.
