1月28日除夕上午，市场监管总局党组书记、局长罗文到总局机关检查值守应急工作，电话连线地方市场监管部门，慰问一线值班人员，对节日值班工作提出明确要求。总局党组成员、副局长邓志勇，总局食品安全总监孙会川参加检查。

罗文强调，春节是中华民族最重要的传统节日之一，维护好春节期间市场秩序和安全稳定意义十分重大。各地市场监管部门要针对春节假期市场特点和消费热点，加强“三品一特”安全监管，加大价格监测预警与监管力度，认真做好风险隐患排查、值守应急和舆情应对等工作，及时回应社会关切，切实维护市场秩序和消费者合法权益，服务保障人民群众度过一个欢乐祥和的春节假期。
