根据Journey Grace认购协议，合共1.3亿股股份(即Journey Grace认购股份)已根据一般授权按每股认购股份0.252港元的认购价正式配发及发行予Journey Grace。 Journey Grace认购股份相当于公司于紧接Journey Grace认购完成及金链认购完成前已发行股本约6.63%及紧随Journey Grace认购完成及金链认购完成后公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股本约5.53%。
根据金链认购协议，合共2.59亿股股份(即金链认购股份)已根据一般授权按每股认购股份0.252港元的认购价正式配发及发行予金链。金链认购股份相当于公司于紧接Journey Grace认购完成及金链认购完成前已发行股本约13.23%及紧随Journey Grace认购完成及金链认购完成后公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股本约11.04%。
3.88亿股认购股份(包括Journey Grace认购股份及金链认购股份)合共相当于公司于紧接Journey Grace认购完成及金链认购完成前已发行股本约19.86%及紧随 Journey Grace认购完成及金链认购完成后公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股本约16.57%。
