Australian Mines (ASX:AUZ) said it is preparing a drilling program of about 50 air-core drill holes at its Flemington scandium project in New South Wales, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday.
The mineral resource estimate includes measured resources of 3.1 million tonnes at a grade of 455 parts-per-million (ppm) scandium as well as indicated resources of 3 million tonnes at a grade of 408 ppm and inferred resources of 150,000 tonnes at a grade of 371 ppm scandium.
