医渡科技任命谢丽为执行董事 闫峻辞任专注研发
财中社1月27日电医渡科技（02158）发布公告，宣布谢丽博士自2025年1月27日起被委任为执行董事。谢博士在医疗、医药及医保领域拥有丰富的行业经验，曾在多家跨国制药公司担任医学事务及健康经济学等相关职位，并在科研机构合作发表了多篇学术论文。根据公告，谢博士的董事年薪为16万元，并可能享有基于业绩的酌情花红。
与此同时，公告还提到，闫峻博士自同日起辞任执行董事，专注于公司的技术研发工作。闫博士确认与董事会无意见分歧，并将继续担任首席技术官及首席人工智能科学家。
