【中国就土耳其电动汽车保护主义措施提出设立争端专家组请求】金十数据1月28日讯，当地时间27日，中国在世贸组织（WTO）的一次例会上首次提出设立争端专家组的请求，以裁定土耳其就原产于中国的电动汽车和其他某些类型的车辆所采取的各项措施。据悉，去年11月20日至21日，中土双方为解决争端进行了磋商，但未能达成共同商定的解决方案，这促使中国提交了成立专家组的请求。此次，中方表示，土耳其的措施是保护主义和歧视性的，明显违反了土耳其在WTO协定下的核心义务，包括最惠国待遇、关税约束和普遍取消数量限制。中国对包括土耳其在内的一些成员对包括电动汽车在内的中国新能源产品采取限制性措施表示严重关切，这些措施不符合WTO规则。中方表示，加强技术保护主义不是解决办法，中国将坚决捍卫自己的利益。
