同时，该信托注释为“不是良好信誉声明”，这可能意味着该文件不表明该信托目前处于良好状态。良好状态通常指的是公司没有违反州的法律或没有被解散。
而值得注意的是，Canary 曾于 2024 年 9 月 18 日在该地申请注册 HBAR 信托“CANARY HBAR TRUST”，文件编号为 5145567，同样带有“不是良好信誉声明”。随后 Canary 于 2024 年 9 月 24 日注册 CANARY HBAR ETF，文件编号为 5231034。
2024 年 11 月 13 日，彭博高级 ETF 分析师 Eric Balchunas 称，Canary 提交 HBAR ETF 申请，该 ETF 将追踪“Hedera Network 的原生资产”。
