智通财经APP讯，立德教育(01449)发布公告，安永会计师事务所(安永)将于其现时任期届满后于公司将于2025年2月24日举行的应届股东周年大会结束时退任公司核数师。
根据公司审核委员会的建议，董事会已议决委任香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司(立信德豪)为继安永退任后的公司新任核数师，自应届股东周年大会结束时起生效并直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止，惟须经股东于应届股东周年大会上批准。
