金吾财讯 | 基石药业(02616)宣布，公司与一家于拉丁美洲市场拥有40多年经验的领先医药公司SteinCares达成商业化战略合作。根据许可及商业化协定，SteinCares将获得舒格利单抗在十个拉丁美洲国家，包括巴西、阿根廷、墨西哥、智利、哥伦比亚、哥斯达黎加、巴拿马、秘鲁、瓜地马拉及厄瓜多尔的商业化权利。在这次合作中，SteinCares将负责舒格利单抗在上述10个拉丁美洲国家的注册及商业化相关活动，而基石药业将负责舒格利单抗的产品供应，并将从SteinCares获得首付款、注册及销售里程碑付款，以及通过向SteinCares销售舒格利单抗来获取收入。
