智通财经APP获悉，和铂医药-B(02142)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.25%，报3.68港元，成交额1031.05万港元。
消息面上，和铂医药发布公告，董事会获公司执行董事、首席执行官兼董事会董事长王劲松博士告知，其已于2025年1月27日于公开市场购买合共40万股股份，每股均价约3.5港元。王博士表示，其对集团的整体发展前景及潜在增长充满信心。在遵守适用法律及监管规定的情况下，王博士不排除在适当时候进一步增持公司股份。
此外，和铂医药公告，1月23日，公司耗资321.9万港元回购102万股；1月22日，耗资38.7万港元回购12.9万股；1月21日，耗资32.2万港元回购11万股；1月16日，斥资158.94万港元回购60万股。据悉，今年1月2日，和铂医药发布公告，根据购回授权，其拟不时于公开市场上购回价值不超过4000万港元的股份。
