　　晶泰控股-P（02228）发布公告，配售协议所载全部条件均获达成，配售于2025年1月24日完成。

　　根据配售协议的条款及条件，配售代理已按配售价每股配售股份4.28港元向不少于六名承配人成功配售合共2.64亿股新股份，占紧随配售完成后公司经扩大已发行股本约7.18%。配售所得款项总额约为11.30亿港元，而配售产生的所得款项净额约为11.25亿港元。
