摩根大通正在商谈租用位于伦敦金丝雀码头的原瑞信英国总部办公空间。

　　了解磋商情况的知情人士透露，这家华尔街巨头寻求租用1 Cabot Square的约150，000平方英尺（13，935平方米）的空间。瑞银集团在收购瑞信进而承担租赁责任后，一直在寻求将其转租出去。因讨论未公开，知情人士要求匿名。

　　知情人士补充道，尚未达成协议，也不一定就会达成协议。如果协议达成，将为摩根大通提供额外的办公空间，其位于金丝雀码头的主要办公室已容纳不下。摩根大通和瑞银的代表不予置评。
