融创中国成功债务重组 降低债务至51.97亿元
财中社1月27日电融创中国（01918）发布公告，北京泛海东风置业有限公司作为债务人之一，应付中诚信托有限公司的本金为68.32亿元的债务已于2023年9月到期。近日，公司与中诚信托签署了债务重组协议，债务本金自68.32亿元降低至51.97亿元。此外，公司获得违约金的全部减免，历史欠息降至6.5亿元，重组后的融资成本由9.6%降至约4.12%/年，债务还款期限为4年，最终还款期至2029年1月。
上述债务重组的完成有效减轻了项目债务压力，解决了北京泛海的债务违约问题，为信托投资人提供了完整退出方案。项目位于北京市朝阳区，周边配套设施成熟，公司将与中信金融资产合作推进项目开发建设，致力于将融创壹号院项目打造成标杆项目。
