智通财经APP讯，中成股份(000151.SZ)发布公告，2025年1月26日，公司与 INTEC ENERGY SOLUTIONS PTY LTD 土耳其公司(以下简称“INTEC 土耳其”)组建的联合体与 Shafag (Jabrayil) Solar Limited(以下简称“SJSL”或 “业主”)签署《阿塞拜疆日出 EPC 光伏项目》合同。
该合同标的阿塞拜疆日出 EPC 光伏项目(Project Sunrise)，即光伏发电场站(直流侧288MWp，交流侧240MWp)的设计、采购(不含光伏组件采购)和施工，包含2年质保期责任以及运营维护服务。合同金额:约1.19亿美元(不含业主自采光伏组件价格;以2025年1月26日人民币汇率中间价折算，约合人民币8.53亿元)。合同工期：24个月。
