天津银行独立非执行董事冯景华和彭冰任职资格获核准
财中社1月27日电天津银行（01578）发布公告，近期收到天津金融监管局的批复，核准冯景华和彭冰担任公司的独立非执行董事。根据公告，冯景华自2025年1月24日起担任独立非执行董事及董事会提名与薪酬委员会主任委员、董事会发展战略委员会委员，彭冰自同日起担任独立非执行董事及董事会关联交易控制委员会主任委员、董事会风险管理委员会委员。
此外，自2025年1月24日起，靳庆军和何佳不再担任公司的独立非执行董事及董事会相关专门委员会职务。
