智通财经APP讯，宏基集团控股(01718)发布公告，于本公告日期，公司现有法定股本为2000万港元，分为2亿股每股面值0.10港元的股份。于本公告日期，已发行股份为1.152亿股，法定未发行股份为8480万股。
为配合集团的未来扩张及发展及为公司透过供股集资提供灵活性，董事会建议透过增发额外8亿股未发行股份，将公司的法定股本由2000万港元(分为2亿股每股面值0.10港元的股份)增加至1亿港元(分为10亿股每股面值0.10港元的股份)，该等股份于各方面与现有股份享有同等地位。
