1254 ET - Royal Caribbean is going all in on private destinations, especially in the Caribbean. More than 70% of its passengers in the region will visit a private destination in the coming year, said the company's chief financial officer Naftali Holtz on an earnings call -- and that number will rise to 90% in 2027. Holtz noted that the majority of capital expenditures for the coming year will be put toward developing these destinations, with the company's acquisition of the Costa Mesa port in Mexico set to close in the coming months.
