快科技1月29日消息，前不久微软发布了 Windows 10 和 Windows 11 的周二补丁更新，此次更新却引发了一系列问题。

微软官方确认了一个新的错误，该错误会影响使用USB DAC（数模转换器）的用户，导致音频设备停止工作。

安装KB5050009（适用于Windows 11 24H2）、KB5050021（适用于Windows 11 23H2）以及 KB5049981（适用于Windows 10）更新后，部分用户的DAC音频设备无法正常工作。

DAC能够将Windows系统中的声音数据转换为音频信号，并通过连接的耳机或扬声器播放，由于其能够提供高质量音频，许多音频发烧友和专业音乐制作人仍使用DAC。

然而此次更新后，受影响的DAC设备在设备管理器中会显示"此设备无法启动（代码10）系统资源不足，无法完成API调用"的错误信息，导致DAC无法发出声音或传输音频信号。

微软在与 Windows Latest的沟通中承认了该问题，并在其支持文档的更新中进行了说明。

根据微软的说法，目前用户除了停止使用DAC外，暂无其他解决办法，微软建议用户在问题解决之前，直接将音频设备连接到电脑，而非通过外部DAC连接。

微软还表示正在努力寻找解决方案，并将在未来的版本更新中提供修复。
