Clorox's longtime Finance Chief Kevin Jacobsen is retiring and will be succeeded by Luc Bellet, treasurer.
The cleaning-product maker on Tuesday said Jacobsen's last day in the role will be April 1 after a 30-year tenure at the company and 7 years as CFO. He will serve in an advisory capacity until June.
Bellet is a 18-year Clorox veteran who will also be serving on the executive committee.
In connection with Bellet's promotion, the company said it will raise his base salary to $725,000 and increase his short-term incentive target to 100% of his salary from 50% previously.
