CDL Hospitality Trusts Issues Over 2 Million Units as Payment of Management Fee

CDL Hospitality Trusts (SGX:J85) said a total of 2,037,326 units in the trust, comprising one unit in CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and one unit in CDL Hospitality Business Trust, have been issued to respective managers as payment of base management fee.

1,796,197 stapled securities were issued to the manager of CDL Hospitality REIT at an issue price of SG$0.8505 per security as payment of 80% of its base management fee for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Meanwhile, 241,129 stapled securities were issued to the trustee-manager of CDL Hospitality Business Trust at an issue price of SG$0.850 per security as payment of 80% of its base management fee for Q4, 2024.

Following the issue of new stapled securities, the total number of stapled securities in the issue as of Jan. 27 is 1,258,894,644, according to a Monday filing.
