Philippines' sovereign wealth fund is contemplating buying a 20% stake in the Synergy Grid & Development Phils. (SGP) for an undisclosed amount, Business World reported on Wednesday.
SGP owns a 40% holding in grid operator National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, the report said.
