Vonex (ASX:VN8) terminated its proposed scheme implementation deed with Maxo Telecommunications after receiving orders from the Supreme Court of New South Wales, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The telecommunications service provider said it also received a notice of discontinuance from the court and lodged the documents with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
