FX168财经报社(北美)讯 周三（1月29日），特朗普社交（Truth Social）母公司特朗普媒体与科技集团（Trump Media and Technology Group, TMTG）表示，其董事会已批准推出金融服务及金融科技（FinTech）品牌Truth.Fi，消息公布后，公司股价在盘前交易中上涨逾15%。

此外，董事会还批准通过嘉信理财投资最高2.5亿美元，以进一步优化资产配置并分散现金储备。截至去年年底，TMTG的现金储备已超过7亿美元。

总部位于佛罗里达州萨拉索塔（Sarasota, Florida）的TMTG表示，该笔资金将被用于多元化投资，包括交易型开放式指数基金（ETF）、独立管理账户（Separately Managed Accounts, SMA）、比特币（Bitcoin）及其他类似加密货币等资产类别。

该举措被市场解读为TMTG进军金融科技领域的重要战略布局，同时也是其在资本市场上的又一次重大动作。
