Aeon Stores's (Hong Kong) (HKG:0984) subsidiary Guangdong AEON Teem agreed to lease two units in Fortune Plaza from Moon King for a five-year term, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Both premises are located on the fifth floor of Fortune Plaza located at No.118 Tiyu East Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China.
The total base rent for the two properties comes in at 14.93 million yuan.
