Arm Holdings' China unit plans to name former Rockchip Electronics (SHA:603893) executive Chen Feng as chief executive officer, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Chen Feng will succeed co-CEOs Liu Renchen and Eric Chen, the report said.
The appointment by the UK-based chip firm is seen to take place after the Lunar New Year festivities, according to Bloomberg.
