星巴克季度销售额降幅低于预期，显示令这家咖啡连锁店不安的顾客流失现象开始减退。

　　该公司周二发布财报称，在截至12月29日的财季，同店销售额下降4%。与前一财季7%的降幅相比出现改善。接受彭博调查的分析师此前预估为下降5.3%。

　　美东时间下午4：24，该股股价盘后上涨3.2%。截至周二收盘，该股本月以来上涨10%。

　　首席执行官Brian Niccol已着手重塑该公司，此前抵制、提价和服务慢导致表现大幅滑坡。

　　“虽然我们还有改善的空间，但我们正在按计划取得进展，相信我们处于正轨，”Niccol在随业绩发布的视频中表示。

　　业绩显示星巴克已经在取得进展。每股收益略高于平均预期，而这家连锁店在其最大的地区北美的销售额降幅符合预期。
