Japanese AI services group ExaWizards (TYO:4259) developed a generative AI-driven service that integrates its delegated identity administration (DIA) assessments with HR data to offer insights on organizational strengths and talent development.
The platform identifies DX skills, personnel needs, and training strategies, according to its filing on Tuesday.
Although the service will officially launch after April, it has already been adopted by major firms such as Hokkaido Gas (TYO:9534).
Shares of ExaWizards jumped more than 10% in recent trade on Wednesday.
