Airtasker (ASX:ART) reported fiscal second quarter group revenue of AU$13.6 million, an increase of over 11% year on year, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Airtasker marketplaces revenue grew nearly 16% to AU$11.7 million on the back of seasonal peak.
However, the company reported a loss before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization of AU$6.3 million, compared with earnings of AU$800,000 a year earlier.
Airtasker expects this loss to widen in the second half as it ramps up non-cash marketing investment, per the filing.
It logged positive free cash flow of AU$500,000 in the fiscal second quarter.
Airtasker's shares were down past 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
